THE PROFESSOR SAYS, “HUMAN BEING.”
A member of any of the races of Homo sapiens.
We pull apart the plastic anatomy models;
We examine the body parts;
And we marvel at science

GOD SAID, “HUMAN BEING.”
or “Man.”
More specifically:
“Let Us create man in Our image.”
And a body formed out of the earth—
Complete with nervous system
Pulmonary functions,
Fully functioning brain . . .

AND THEN
God took man and breathed into him.
We respire,
We think and feel,
We express emotions,
as does our triune Creator.

IN A DIVINE INTERVENTION,
Motivated by sacrificial love,
God spoke again:
“WORD!”

Let me put that another way . . .

God said, “Truth be manifest!”
Revelation happened. Quietly.
A humble yet invincible power,
Born on earth. Lived among us:
Jesus Christ, divine Son of God and man.

- Those who knew Jesus personally, this the exact image/reflection of God the Father, and liked what they saw, were actually liking God, their Creator
- Those who were offended by Jesus—what He said and how He operated—were in the greatest sense of the word offended by Truth, or by God Himself.
- God sent His Image of Truth into the world as a light to show the way, to model Truth, to manifest our life Source

Nothing religious about Truth. It’s simple, yet profound.
