The Power Word!
THIS ONE WORD possesses an intangible, inherent power.
It builds your future
It alters your past

Your TODAY is influenced by this word.
It has the POWER TO STOP YOU from living—physically and spiritually. But it also enables living.
ACQUIRING good judgment and knowledge depends on our application of this word.
Without this WORD, we can fall prey to delusions.
Without this word, we RISK condemnation and make ourselves susceptible to a love of evil.
<><>
WITHOUT THIS WORD:
…we question truth
…we scoff at miracles
…we deny God
What is this word, you ask?
believe
It’s a neutral verb. Neither good nor bad. Yet for those who possess the word, it’s full of POWER.
Do you believe in Santa? In faeries?
Do you believe in yourself? In me?
What do you believe in?
“Seeing is believing.”
“Believe me, I’ve tried…”
“Ripley’s…!” I don’t believe it.

THINK ABOUT IT

Self-fulfilled prophesies stem from my thought life.
We are what we believe we are. -C.S. Lewis

Are there CONDITIONS FOR SEEING MIRACLES?
Jesus said to the disciples, “Have faith in God. I tell you the truth, you can say to this mountain, ‘May you be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ and it will happen. But you must really believe it will happen and have no doubt in your heart. I tell you, you can pray for anything, and if you believe that you’ve received it, it will be yours.” Mark 11:22-23
“…It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing.
The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.
But there are some of you
who do not believe.”
Jn 6:63-64
Believe was the word God had me meditate on for all of 2013
Am I building my future based on a belief in the truth or based on believing lies society tells me? A true understanding of what & who I am and my significance on earth hinges on what I believe.
How many times have I hurt a close relationship because of what I believed about a person? False and twisted beliefs alter my perception of what really happened in the past.
My daily well-being relies on what I believe about myself and the God I serve. Who does He say He is? Who does He say am I?
The power to live or die—physically and spiritually—rests in my beliefs regarding God’s truth. Even when I grow weary of believing, I believe He will carry me for the next mile until I’m able to believe again.

Most assuredly, I say to you,
he who believes in Me
has everlasting life. John 6:47
So the question of the day is: What do you believe about God?
