Done with Negativity
The Eternity Wreath – Hope
H
Happiness. This is a choice. I choose to rejoice because the Savior of all the world came for me. I choose to look up, not down, for both my help and my hope come from Him alone.
O
Open heart. I choose to open my heart to the King of Peace, the Son of God. His life is mine. I choose to humble myself and receive all He has for me.
P
Praise! This week, I choose to express admiration for my Savior and all He did for me. I choose to not dwell on the negative stuff going on around me. Despite my own circumstances, I will lift up those around me.
E
Expectation. I choose to smile with gladness at the future, knowing the Savior Jesus Christ, who chose to die for me…and then rose again, has me in His grip. And nothing can snatch me from Him nor from the Father’s hands.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a HOPE. In those days when you pray, I will listen. If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me. I will be found by you,” says the Lord. “I will end your captivity and restore your fortunes….” Jeremiah 29:11-14a
The Hope of the Embattled Spirit
A GREAT, SAFE READ by J.A. Marx (This novel released May 2016, but it’s a Christmas story of hope, family, belonging…and suspense!)
“I just really adored this book. So much. Previously, I had a hard time getting into a couple books, but as soon as I started this one, I was so refreshed and so engaged.” -Raechel’s review on Amazon, see more
