An Un-compromised Life
When I read through the Old Testament it’s like digging up the hidden treasures of God. His love, His might, and His awesomeness woo me ever closer to His heart. Today, I share reflections on Ezekiel 43, and how His fiery love for His sons and daughters burns away everything that distances us from Him. Be blessed!
Behind every prosperous soul lies a surrendered heart.
The glory of God rises like the Sun, His voice like the sound of roaring waters. Earth radiates the light of His gory. His holiness is so great that all evil naturally disintegrates in the fullness of His presence.
Fall facedown before Him! Let His glory enter my heart, and let His Spirit lift me up and bring me into the Secret Place where His presence floods me…
My heart, His temple. Here, the Lord sits on His throne and the soles of His feet land upon this temple floor: His feet stand upon His inheritance; His peace crushes Satan beneath His soles. He destroys all defilement and infidelity in my temple. In this place, through Christ, my covenant with God is established.
God, the Architect of life, measures my temple with accuracy, its entrances and exits, every room and its purpose. The specifications of His laws are written on the walls, that I will carry out His word for all my days. My life-altar occupies my heart of hearts, a place especially holy unto the Lord. Every morning, let me meet Him at this altar, that I may daily die to self, covered and cleansed by the priceless blood of Jesus.
By the sacrifice of the Son, I am made acceptable. I am a salted offering to the Lord, seasoned for work in the Harvest and for His Kingdom.
For those who have ears to hear what the Lord is saying to His sons and daughters, Selah…
